‘Eucalyptus Flowers & Banksia with Blue-faced Honeyeater’, hand-coloured linocut on handmade Japanese paper.
This linocut measures 60 X 42 cm, smaller than most of my large ones but it has a lot packed into it!
It is an intricate composition and was quite a task to cut without losing my way. I am happy with the result as although it is not as graphic as some of my linos, there is a lot going on for repeated and close-up viewing.
